What are the leading property development companies in the US, UK, and Australia?
Hi, I have an urgent need, and any piece of advice would be helpful.
I have this research to do regarding leading property developers in the US, UK, and Australia, and so far I couldn’t find a source that adequately gives me what I’m looking for. I need info on the leading/largest developers – NOT real estate brokerage firms, nor REITS companies that don’t actually develop property. Mainly I’m looking for developers that focus on high-rise / high-end residential projects.
I’ve tried sites like the NYSE, ASX, Forbes, WSJ, etc., to little effect. Help please! Many thanks in advance.
The largest industry association for developers is the Urban Land Institute. They are all on there and the ULI keeps industry statistics. Unfortunately, as of writing this reply, they are updating their website and I’m unable to access it. Off the top of my head here are some of the larger developers:
